It’s called Spill Magic, it’s made from celouse and it absorbs the liquid that is being cleaned. Hope this helps. This is the only product that I know of that is similar to what you were talking about

This is also called “Sweeping Compound”. It is made up of, basically, saw dust with added chemicals to attract dust and dirt.
Spread it around on the floor and sweep it up.

Not sure but I reckon it is made from the stuff Kitty litter is made from,only finer. they use kitty litter to absorb oil spills and it does a fantastic job. maybe they recycle that as it works as a dust magnet. just a theory.
