When Do The Trees Turn Green In Your Hometown?
In VA wе аrе seeing ѕοmе early signs οf spring wіth a few buds οn thе trees. Thе cherry blossoms come out іn a few weeks аnԁ thе trees turn green іn mid April. It іѕ still a month away. I consider thе last two weeks οf April tο bе thе mοѕt ɡοrɡеουѕ time οf year bесаυѕе thе trees аrе a fresh yellow green.

We are getting buds, but they are far from opening unless the weather starts getting warmer. We are in zone 7b in the southwest.

first sign of spring is when the local farmers ( who grow truck crops) start plowing…that’s in late feb.
Early march sees them planting cabbage and lettuce, and the daffodils come up and bloom.

Here is midwest our spring comes in April up to early May.
Mother’s Day always seems to be the most beautful time outside…tulips and other spring flowers are all blooming, the buds on the trees are turning and it smells so fresh outside.
I can’t wait!! So tired of snow….it’s been a LONG winter!

i live in vermont and our trees don’t turn green until may it’s been a terrible winter up here so much snow have no were else to place it and getting more today can’t waite till it’s over and spring is here.

i live in NW florida, panhandle. our trees are already getting bright green new leaves. the azaelas are beginning to bloom and the daffadils are blooming. our spring starts early to mid march depending on how cold the winter is. it is a gorgeous time of the year.
